I ordered 4 pairs of shoes from here and here is my review: - Two of them are very good. No complaints at all. - One of them which they sold at a 50% discount was of very poor quality. Even though the sandals are the 5cm kind, the lifts are highly conspicuous to the outsider. Like they made no effort to conceal it anyway, you can see the outline of the lifts from the outside. It also exposes your bare foot from the side clearing showing off the arch of your foot. Stitching is also very poor in appearance. So, my advice, don't buy anything sold at a discount. I think they shouldn't sell poor quality shoes even at a discount because it erodes their brand value. - One of them was very well made and comfortable to wear and they did a decent job of hiding the 6cm lifts. But the shoes have a strange appearance due to the choice of colors and this is not so apparent from the pictures online. It's bound to attract some unwanted attention on account of the colors. - The height increase listed on the website doesn't seem accurate. Their 5cm shoe seems a little higher than their 6cm shoe. - Their customer service and Australia Post tracking are amazing! Since I am not Australian, I will have to shell out a lot of money to return the shoes I did not like to get a refund, so it's not worth it. So, in short, I wouldn't buy anything offered at a discount here, I wouldn't rely too much on the cm values they list, and I would be very picky about the styles and not take any risks. If I was Australian, I wouldn't care so much, since I could have just returned for free ;)
