Wonderful customer service! We travelled all the way down from QLD, and visited this store to get some shoes for my shorter partner - taking a train and uber from the city. Jennen Shoes only recently opened a showroom to the public where you can try on copious amounts of shoes! We arrived 5 mins before opening time, and Pian was very friendly when she came to open the store. Aaron was very helpful and patient with my partner trying on several pairs of shoes. A delightful experience and we will be purchasing more shoes from Jennen shoes in the future - whether that be online or instore on our next Melbourne trip! Great range of styles to choose from. Quality seems good. Highly recommend.
Great quality & designed shoes with helpful staff in store @ Jennen in Boronia Victoria. Aaron took his time to explain the benefits between the different shoes and styles and made my decision easy to choose which shoes I wanted. Because of their good range of styles, I bought 3 pairs of shoes while visiting from Brisbane. Well worth the trip to see their products.

Absolutely love my Chelsea boots from Jennen! The quality is fantastic—super soft leather that looks premium and feels comfortable right out of the box. They fit perfectly and have just the right amount of support, making them great for all-day wear.
