The premium-grade cow suede leather upper material of these boots is light, soft, and durable. The elaborate lace-up design ensures a comfortable and secure fit while adding stylish detail to the overall design. Our innovative and invisible insole is made of non-compressing polyurethane and features a JENNEN cushion comfort layer for added comfort during extended wear.

The outsole of Mr. Nepal Black boots are made of premium rubber, providing superior traction and durability on various surfaces. The built-up, hidden shoe lift insole thickness is 4.5cm, while the visible outer heel thickness is 2.5cm, making these boots the perfect addition to your wardrobe.

These hiking-style boots are available in black and brown suede leather uppers, and they are lightweight, flexible, and comfortable to wear. However, we do not recommend wearing these elevator boots for intense trekking and hiking environments. Additionally, please note that these are not steel-capped boots.

RETURN POLICY

• Shoes must be received in brand new condition, without creases in the uppers or marks on the outsoles, and within 30 days of the date you received your order.
• A $10 restocking fee will apply if shoes are not returned in their original shoebox or if the shoebox is not protected in transit.
• Ezylift insoles, gift cards and all products under $100 are non-returnable.
• Any complimentary items included with an order must be returned in brand new condition to receive a full refund.
• If complimentary items are not returned, the price of the items are deducted from the total refund amount.

RETURN COSTS

• For returns within Australia, we can email a postage label for a flat fee of $15, which can be scanned at Australia Post to return up to 3 pairs of shoes in one parcel. Please contact our care team if you'd like one.
• Orders in Australia and NZ above $150 are entitled to free redelivery for one exchange, but customers must cover the cost of return postage to our warehouse.
• All other international orders must cover the cost of return postage to our warehouse as well as redelivery if exchanging.
