RETURN POLICY
  • Shoes must be received in without creases in the uppers or marks on the outsoles, and within 30 days of the date you received your order.
  • A $10 restocking fee will apply if shoes are not returned in their original shoebox or if the shoebox is not protected in transit.
  • Ezylift insoles, gift cards and all products under $100 are non-returnable.
  • Any complimentary items included with an order must be returned in brand new condition to receive a full refund.
  • If complimentary items are not returned, the price of the items are deducted from the total refund amount.

FREE RETURNS & REDELIVERY FOR EXCHANGES

  • are entitled to free delivery, one free return for products over $200 (we cover the return cost) and free redelivery for one exchange.
  • Once your return is approved by our care team, a postage label will be emailed to you to print and take to your local post office.
  • are entitled to free redelivery for one exchange, but must cover the cost of return postage to our warehouse.
  • For returns within Australia, we can email a postage label for a flat fee of $15. Please contact our care team if you’d like one.
