Orthotic that are no more than 2cm thick should fit in JENNEN shoes. If ordering online and wish to insert your orthotics, we recommend selecting one European size larger than you normally would. If your orthotics have a high arch, then we recommend selecting two European sizes larger than you normally would.

Adjusting pants is not usually necessary. Customers are encouraged to bring their pants in to try on with JENNEN shoes.

Customers can purchase here on our website. We offer Free Delivery to Australia and New Zealand for orders above $100 and worldwide express delivery. Exchanges and refunds are easy to organise.

Yes. All packages are sent plainly without the description of the contents.

Online customers can pay securely using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, PayPal and AfterPay. For security reasons, payments cannot be made over the phone. Customers can pay in-store using Visa, Mastercard, American Express or cash.

If you receive your elevator shoes and find them unsuitable, you can exchange or return them for a refund. Please read our Return Policy for details.

Whilst all our shoes provide plenty of cushioning and support, the most comfortable are our casual styles. We recommend trying a style that offers 4-6cm.

If you're wearing them everyday, a well-made pair of shoes should last over a year. The height-increase shouldn't diminish either, as we use high quality polyurethane shoe lifts. Apply leather conditioner and polish regularly to preserve and protect the leather. You can also prevent the heels from wearing out by not digging the back of the heels into the ground with each stride.

We used to design thicker shoe lifts, but we quickly noticed that customers could not fit them into their regular shoes. They usually caused the wearer's heels to slip out or made the shoes uncomfortably tight. So be careful of websites that sell shoe lifts that claim to offer more height than 1.6cm. We design and introduce new styles for each season.

Yes. Many of our customers wear our height-increasing casual styles at the gym for weight-training exercises. Many professional dancers wear our dress styles and thousands of grooms have danced in them.

No. Elevator shoes imply that the height-increase is hidden. If you want to add more height to your regular shoes, you can either insert small shoe lifts or add an extra heel to the outside. Adding an extra heel on the outside is obvious and won't be as comfortable, as well-designed elevator shoes have a steady gradient of cushioning throughout the shoe.

Yes, all our shoes will stretch and soften after a few weeks of wear. However, the shoes should feel snug in the beginning, not uncomfortably tight. Try wearing thinner socks. If you still find them too tight, just send us an enquiry and we'll help you organise an exchange for a larger size.

Try wearing thicker socks to fill out the space. You'd be surprised how much difference a pair of socks can make. If that fails, try inserting our shoe lifts into your elevator shoes. This will help fill the space and provide extra height and cushioning. If you'd prefer to exchange them for a smaller size, send us an enquiry and we'll help you.
