I had such a great experience with Jennen. Their customer service is really something special. Special shout out to Jackie, Crystal and Jill. They were super responsive and went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. It's not often you come across a company that genuinely cares about their customers like they do. All shoes I got from Jennen are incredibly comfortable, and I'm really impressed with the quality. However, I cant stress enough what really stood out to me was how they handled everything with such care and attention. It's clear they put their customers first.

Wonderful customer service! We travelled all the way down from QLD, and visited this store to get some shoes for my shorter partner - taking a train and uber from the city. Jennen Shoes only recently opened a showroom to the public where you can try on copious amounts of shoes! We arrived 5 mins before opening time, and Pian was very friendly when she came to open the store. Aaron was very helpful and patient with my partner trying on several pairs of shoes. A delightful experience and we will be purchasing more shoes from Jennen shoes in the future - whether that be online or instore on our next Melbourne trip! Great range of styles to choose from. Quality seems good. Highly recommend.
Great quality & designed shoes with helpful staff in store @ Jennen in Boronia Victoria. Aaron took his time to explain the benefits between the different shoes and styles and made my decision easy to choose which shoes I wanted.
