Ms. Isabella is not shy of stepping out in style. Textured gold leather hints glamour without compromising comfort. Versatile in style, Ms. Isabella complements all colours.

Made from leather uppers and durable rubber outsoles, Ms. Isabella is built-up internally using cushioned polyurethane insoles that will not compress over time.

The 6cm total height-increase includes the 2.5cm visible outsole and 3.5cm hidden insole.

We do not recommend inserting additional Ezylift insoles into Ms. Isabella, as it is a slip-on style and may cause your heels to slip out.

RETURN POLICY

• Shoes must be received in brand new condition, without creases in the uppers or marks on the outsoles, and within 30 days of the date you received your order.
• A $10 restocking fee will apply if shoes are not returned in their original shoebox or if the shoebox is not protected in transit.
• Ezylift insoles, gift cards and all products under $100 are non-returnable.
• Any complimentary items included with an order must be returned in brand new condition to receive a full refund.
• If complimentary items are not returned, the price of the items are deducted from the total refund amount.

RETURN COSTS

• For returns within Australia, we can email a postage label for a flat fee of $15, which can be scanned at Australia Post to return up to 3 pairs of shoes in one parcel. Please contact our care team if you'd like one.
• Orders in Australia and NZ above $150 are entitled to free redelivery for one exchange, but customers must cover the cost of return postage to our warehouse.
• All other international orders must cover the cost of return postage to our warehouse as well as redelivery if exchanging.
