• Shoes must be received in brand new condition, without creases in the uppers or marks on the outsoles, and within 30 days of the date you received your order.
• A $10 restocking fee will apply if shoes are not returned in their original shoebox or if the shoebox is not protected in transit.  
• Ezylift insoles, gift cards and all products under $100 are non-returnable.
• Any complimentary items included with an order must be returned in brand new condition to receive a full refund. 
• For hygiene reasons, socks are non-refundable.
• Complimentary socks must be returned with shoes for a full refund.
• If complimentary items are not returned, the price of the items are deducted from the total refund amount. 
• If you return one of the pairs from the "20% OFF 2ND PAIR" offer, the discount will no longer apply and will be adjusted from your refund.

RETURN COSTS

For returns within Australia,we can email a postage label for a flat fee of $15, which can be scanned at Australia Post to return up to 3 pairs of shoes in one parcel. Please contact our care team if you'd like one.
